3 Red Lights, e74, Overheating, Hardware Failure is due to the design of the xbox 360 ( so far not jasper models or slims) they tend to run at a high temperature leading to over heating issues with the various chips (ie. GPU/CPU, Southbridge, hana/ana or the ram chips) on the motherboard. The tiny solder balls on the chips can become cracked or damged leading to the various red light /graphics /audio .errors. My reflow repair heats the areas around these chips to just above the melting point of the solder, and by using a high quality flux, repairs the cracked/damaged solder balls. This is not a heat gun/penn& towel trick they will do more harm long term than good!

There is an exploit for the xbox 360 phat & slim motherboards (Reset Glitch) (not available for xenon motherboards - 2005/6 ish) This exploit opens your xbox 360 along the same lines as JTagging.. This service will be available shortly , using Xecuters Coolrunner.
How Reset Glitch works
A chip is installed inside the console thats sends signals to the processor which allows the console to boot unassigned codes.

xbox 360 DVD Drive key retreival from xbox 360 motherboard
Xbox 360 dvd drives have a unique key which is linked to the console motherboard, you can-not just replace the dvd drive as it will not work (will say… play DVD). The key needs to be extracted and placed into a new dvd drive for it to play games.
If your Xbox 360 is without a drive. If its dead/broken or just lost. If you have an xbox 360 with no dvd drive key for it? Don’t panic !! I can retrieve the key from the xbox motherboard using the reset glitch hack, (once key is retrieved I will put console back to retail) it can be used to recover lost DVD drive keys. Once recovered the newly recovered key can be flashed to a new drive, either provided by you or one can be purchased for an extra cost.
